- Ensure data integrity, master data alignment, and end-to-end process visibility across the supply chain.
- Contribute to the global sustainment model for warehousing solutions, supporting operational stability and predictable service levels.
- Provide L3 / architectural-level support for major incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure security, access controls, segregation of duties, and audit readiness are embedded in solution design.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions, with 7+ years in SAP warehousing or supply chain execution.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP EWM across inbound, outbound and internal warehouse processes.
- Proven experience architecting and designing large, complex SAP programs spanning multiple sites, regions, and business units.
- Strong experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP ERP and adjacent supply chain systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences and influence senior stakeholders. Experience in food, dairy or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries is an asset.
