You take software from a rough idea all the way to secure, production-ready technology inside live client environments. You sit at the intersection of consulting and engineering, as part of a global consultancy's dedicated team for data, analytics, AI, and software development. You work alongside consulting colleagues and embed directly inside client teams, operating like a member of their staff.
You push the boundaries of what technology can do, reimagining how AI and modern software can create real commercial value. From day one, you are trusted and empowered to bring your full skill set and extend it.
On the technical side, you have strong full stack skills and recent hands-on experience with Python, plus at least one frontend framework like React or TypeScript. Experience with another backend language such as C#, Java, Rust, or C++ is a plus. You have worked with AI or machine learning systems, including LLMs, prompt design, agentic workflows, and retrieval pipelines. Data engineering experience is a welcome addition.
Beyond the code, you can communicate clearly with clients at every level, including people who have never written a line of code in their life. You take ownership, run toward problems, and genuinely want to understand the business challenge behind every technical ask.
