We're looking for a junior AI/ML engineer to support the development of Sarmaya's explainable AI models and agentic workflows, the intelligence layer behind our enterprise operating systems.
What You'll Do
- Assist in data preparation and feature engineering
- Support model training and evaluation under guidance
- Help document model behavior and explainability outputs
- Learn Sarmaya's governance-first AI framework
- Support testing of AI agents within governed workflows
What We're Looking For
- 0–1.5 years of experience in ML/AI (academic or professional)
- Familiarity with Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or similar)
- Understanding of basic ML concepts (training, evaluation, overfitting)
- Curiosity about explainability and responsible AI practices
Nice to Have
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG, or vector databases
- Basic understanding of MLOps concepts

Requirements
