We're looking for a Junior Project/Delivery Coordinator to support project tracking and coordination across Sarmaya's client engagements, learning how enterprise delivery is managed end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Support meeting coordination and documentation
- Assist in status reporting to stakeholders
- Help identify and escalate blockers
- Maintain project documentation and action item tracking
What We're Looking For
- 0–1.5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams
- Clear written communication for status updates
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp)
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum ceremonies
