THE EMPLOYER
- Small brokerage located in North Calgary
- Personal lines and small commercial focused

THE POSITION
- Focus on client retention and relationships
- Daily servicing of the client’s insurance requests and needs
- Writing new inbound leads and referrals from inbound requests
- Processing applications & policy changes on the insurance company portals
- Respond to high volume of calls/emails in a timely manner
- Renewal reviews with clients and remarketing as necessary
- Providing claims advocacy when necessary
MUST HAVES
- Minimum 2 years personal lines experience (brokerage preferred)
- Level 2 General Insurance License preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently to complete tasks
- Working knowledge of EPIC

Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and retention by servicing insurance requests, handling inbound leads and referrals, and processing applications and policy changes. Conduct renewal reviews, remarket coverage when appropriate, respond promptly to calls and emails, and advocate for clients on claims when needed.
Requirements
At least two years of personal lines insurance experience is required, preferably in a brokerage, and a Level 2 General Insurance License is preferred. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and working knowledge of EPIC.
