Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Hand to support daily operations by guiding the team, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping maintain a safe and productive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, and takes pride in supporting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are strictly followed.
- Review production schedules and monitor daily output to ensure targets are met.
- Complete and review quality checks while maintaining internal quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Update, review, and support adherence to work instructions.
- Train team members as required and support ongoing skill development.
- Listen to team feedback and assist in resolving issues or conflicts.
- Review and investigate quality issues reported externally.
- Support department goals and objectives.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to maintenance or management for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory and quality control checks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Previous experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory role (preferred).
