Our passion is in creating an accessible world by developing and distributing products which promote barrier free access for all! Check out what we do at www.garaventalift.com! Today, Garaventa Lift has grown into a global market leader thanks to innovative design, product functionality, and overall quality and safety. Our lifts are installed and maintained in over 100,000 private homes and public facilities such as office buildings, churches and places of worship, universities and train stations.

Travel to customer and dealer sites across Canada and the United States to conduct on-site training and resolve complex technical issues.
Track and document support calls, training sessions, and recurring technical issues, escalating trends to Engineering or Product teams as needed.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers and technicians to support product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Stay current on product updates, engineering changes, and industry standards relevant to elevator and lift equipment.
Support the development of certification or training programs for dealer technicians.

Qualifications & Experience

Hands-on experience working with elevators, lifts, or vertical transportation equipment is strongly preferred; a diploma or certificate in a related technical field (electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical) is an asset.
