We like to say "we do everything but the cooking" because we truly do.

Our account managers are the backbone of our clients' success. We currently have 5 AMs, and each is a rockstar in their own way. This is a demanding, client-facing role: our AMs manage large portfolios with anywhere from 20-60 clients, fully owning and optimizing client Meta accounts alongside daily client calls and internal meetings.

We're looking for people who are personable, sharp under pressure, and genuinely organized, the kind of person clients trust the moment they get on a call.

This is a growth role. You'll be mentored directly by our Head of Operations, and as you develop, you'll take on a larger portfolio and more ownership over time.

We're big on promoting internally and growing together as a team and company. This isn't a short-term stop, we're looking for someone who wants to build a career here and grow with us over the long term.
