Tu travailleras main dans la main avec la direction et les clients pour :

Contribuer à la stratégie commerciale de Scale Plus
Exécuter des missions de développement d’affaires pour nos clients
Développer des pitchs percutants
Prospecter par téléphone
Prendre des rendez-vous qualifiés avec des décideurs (C-Level, direction métiers…)
Participer aux RDV de démo et assurer le suivi post-entretien
Accompagner les phases de négociation et de closing
Mettre à jour les outils CRM et produire les reportings hebdos
Animer des points de suivi avec les clients
Contribuer activement au développement de Scale Plus

Tu es la perle rare si tu as :

Un sens de la persuasion et de l’aisance à l’oral (en français et en anglais)
Une attitude de chasseur(se) : tu n’as pas peur du téléphone et tu adores la prospection
Le goût du résultat et du challenge
De la rigueur et de l’organisation
Une première expérience en développement des affaires B2B (min. 1 an)

Responsibilities

Contribute to Scale Plus’s sales strategy and carry out business development assignments for clients, including developing sales pitches, prospecting by phone, and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers. Participate in demos, follow up with prospects, support negotiations and closing, maintain CRM records, prepare weekly reports, and lead client check-ins.

Requirements

Candidates need at least one year of B2B business development experience, strong persuasion and verbal communication skills in French and English, and a willingness to prospect by phone. Organization, persistence, and a results-oriented approach are expected; familiarity with the technology sector is an advantage.
