Across our Canadian businesses, the skills our people need continue to evolve. We already have a strong foundation of learning programs, career resources and development initiatives. The next step is to bring these elements closer to the realities of each business and ensure they support both today’s priorities and tomorrow’s workforce needs.
As Talent Development Partner, you will create that connection. You will work closely with business leaders, HR partners and subject-matter experts to understand their priorities, identify capability needs and translate them into practical learning paths and development initiatives. You will bring forward recommendations, build on what is already in place and take ownership of initiatives from strategy through implementation.
Your work will contribute to strategic workforce planning, early-career development, career growth, succession and knowledge transfer. By listening to the business and staying connected to evolving talent and learning practices, you will help employees grow in their current roles, prepare for future opportunities and continue building their careers across our Canadian organization.
