Provide delivery oversight across SGAM's strategic and operational initiatives, monitoring progress, financial performance, readiness, outcomes, and value realization against approved plans.
Develop and present integrated portfolio insights, KPIs, and executive reporting that enable transparent governance, informed decision-making, and timely intervention through Steering Committees, Operating Committees, and other senior forums.
Establish effective two-way communication with business leaders, journey leads, delivery teams, senior management, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment, negotiate priorities, and sustain delivery momentum.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and act as a strategic advisor on portfolio choices, investment sequencing, delivery confidence, and value realization.

Coach, mentor and actively develop managers, senior managers and contractor resources on the team, building talent, skills, and capabilities in alignment with a high-performance environment.
Value the unique skills and experiences everyone brings to the Bank and remain committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible environment for everyone.
Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
Create an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, Code of Conduct, and Global Sales Principles, while ensuring effective day-to-day controls supporting operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk obligations.
