At Tangerine, we’re redefining banking. As Canada’s leading digital bank, we thrive on innovation, agility, and bold thinking, tackling every challenge head-on with leading technology and the unstoppable power of collaboration.

Our client-obsessed teams deliver flexible, accessible banking solutions, breakthrough products, and award-winning service. Beyond banking, we’re committed to making an impact in the communities we serve and across our organization. We foster a culture built on integrity, inclusion, and fearless ambition – where diverse perspectives are valued, and people are empowered to do their best work.

Are you ready to disrupt the status quo? Do you crave challenges that push boundaries? If you’re a high performer looking to accelerate your career and reimagine the banking landscape, this is your moment.

Let’s shape the future of banking together!

What you will be doing:

The Manager, Client Growth & Lead Generation is responsible for identifying and developing opportunities to generate high-quality client leads and increased booking for Tangerine advisors. Through data-driven insights, market research and targeted growth initiatives, the role will help build a sustainable pipeline of clients.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across Data & Analytics, Marketing, Product, Digital and Advice teams to develop recommendations, support business cases, execute growth initiatives and measure their impact.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will be:

Analyze client and business data to identify trends, opportunities and potential client segments for Growth Advisor engagement.
Conduct market, client and industry research to uncover new lead-generation and growth opportunities.
Develop and support targeted initiatives designed to increase qualified leads and Advisor bookings.
Build business cases and recommendations to support new campaigns and growth opportunities.
Partner with Marketing, Data & Analytics and other internal teams to bring initiatives from insight through execution.
Track and evaluate lead-generation and campaign performance, using results to identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate data and research into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business partners and leadership.
Continuously identify and test new approaches to strengthen the pipeline of client opportunities.
Championing a client- obsessed culture
Leveraging a growth mindset, embracing learning and continuous improvement
Contributing to a dynamic workplace fostering trust, integrity and inclusion
Removing obstacles to drive momentum across teams

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

AI fluency
A craving to contribute to a high-performing team
Ability to drive results in periods of change
Track record of fostering an inclusive culture
2–4 years of experience in marketing, client insights, analytics, growth strategy, business analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful business opportunities.
A strong understanding of marketing, customer behaviour and lead-generation strategies.
Ability to conduct research and translate findings into clear recommendations.
Experience developing business cases, presentations or recommendations for business partners.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
Curious and proactive, with a strong interest in identifying new opportunities and testing new ideas.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple priorities.
Strong Excel skills; experience with CRM, reporting, visualization or data tools is an asset.
Financial services or investment experience is an asset, with the ability to quickly learn Tangerine products and the broader industry.

What's in it for you?

You will be part of a diverse, inclusive, and purpose driven community of client- obsessed innovators who move fast, push boundaries, and celebrate big together.
We are creating something game changing and you get to make your mark on it.
You will have access to thousands of online and in person learning experiences at your fingertips to elevate your career and accelerate your development.
From competitive benefits to programs that support your wellbeing and financial goals- we invest in you today and in your future.*

*Tangerine employees participate in Scotiabank’s pension & benefits programs (available to permanent employees)
