Purpose

To support the day-to-day management and activation of the partner relationship, with a primary focus on driving net new client growth for Scotiabank. This role is responsible for executing partner-led acquisition initiatives, coordinating campaigns and offers, and translating partner opportunities into measurable customer growth across priority banking product.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

Support the ongoing management of the partner relationship, serving as a key point of contact for partner-led acquisition initiatives and execution.
Execute partner-driven acquisition strategies that convert Scene+ members into new Scotiabank customers, with a focus on Cards, Lending, and Day-to-Day Banking.
Coordinate the planning and execution of joint acquisition campaigns, offers, and promotions in partnership with internal Marketing, Product, and Channel teams.
Support the development and delivery of partner-specific acquisition tactics that align to broader loyalty and growth objectives.
Track, monitor, and report on acquisition performance, including new customer volumes, funnel conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities to improve partner-led acquisition performance and inform future initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Loyalty Strategy and Acquisition teams to ensure partner initiatives are aligned with value propositions, economics, and customer journeys.
Support governance, documentation, and operational processes related to partner initiatives, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and internal controls.
Understand and apply the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to operational, compliance, AML/ATF, sanctions, and conduct risk requirements.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment by demonstrating strong ownership, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
Compliance Oversight: Ensures adherence to Canadian privacy and marketing regulations (e.g., PIPEDA) in all loyalty-related activities.
Project Volume: Oversees 10–15 loyalty campaigns and initiatives annually, including partner activations and client communications.
Financial Accountability: Manages an annual operating budget of $3–5M for loyalty engagement initiatives.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: 

Proven experience in loyalty marketing, customer engagement, or related fields.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with consortium or multi-partner programs is an asset.

Working Conditions

Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Limited travel domestically.
