Purpose

The Sales Enablement Department is a vibrant part of Dynamic that interacts with multiple teams, departments, and individuals across the company.

The primary role of the Manager, Sales Enablement will be to ensure our onboarding and sales training programs are delivered with the highest standard of consistency and professional excellence.

What you will be doing:

The Dynamic Onboarding Experience
Lead the design of the Onboarding experience based on roles – Executive VPs/Management, Wholesalers, Sales Representatives, Sales Associates, Business Solutions
Accountable for the planning and execution of the onboarding experience. This also includes offboarding, promotions internally, and migrations when employees move laterally.
Involves stakeholders in departments across Dynamic when necessary for awareness and feedback with respect to improvements/enhancements concerning onboarding. This includes Marketing, Business Solutions, Compliance, Business Controls, and the Investment Distribution Managers
Work in collaboration with the Sales Management Team to onboard new members of the Sales Team
Ensure that new members of the Sales Team are onboarded according to our ‘Welcome to Dynamic’ Onboarding Program
Continuously enhance the onboarding experience based on feedback and industry best practices.
Acts as a consultant on special projects that impact the onboarding experience and takes on the role of project lead, bringing all parties together and communicating back to upper management. This includes but is not limited to; creation of new territories as we continue to grow our sales team, sales reporting, access to technology as IT requirements change.
Builds relationships across a range of departments that touch onboarding, necessary for problem solving and troubleshooting.
Make recommendations to the Director, Sales Enablement that can enhance our Onboarding Process.
Sales Enablement Applications: Leverage technology to enhance the onboarding experience
Ensure contributing departments and individuals understand the purpose, structure, and importance of our sales enablement applications
Work with contributing departments to ensure that the appropriate content is added in a timely, appropriate, and accurate manner on the type, nature, and structure of content to be included in our sales enablement applications
Sales Enablement Facilitator for Dynamic in-person Events
This role is at the centre of our Dynamic in-person event planning and execution. Events include Dynamic Lives, Due Diligences, and National Sales Meetings
Partner with upper management to obtain their vision and agenda for events
Collaborate with departments responsible for execution of events – Business Controls, Compliance, Marketing, Global Events Management
Report progress and open feedback loop to execute effectively
Ensure contingency plans are in place, communicated, and implemented when necessary
Assist onsite at in-person events
Responsible for the coordination on education and training events with the sales team working closely with the Director, Sales Enablement.

Do you have the skills to enable you to be successful in this role? We would love to work with you if you have:

Business, marketing, education, training and / or HR experience is strongly preferred
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the financial services, asset management and mutual fund industry
Minimum 3+ years experience with onboarding and sales training coordination
Previous experience with corporate training initiatives and / or adult education is preferred
Completion of industry recognized professional designations in project management, sales training, operational management and coordination or related experience
Self-starter with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships and work with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation and presentation skills
Proven ability to function in a fast-paced environment as evidenced by strong time-management, project management and organizational skills
Possess extensive knowledge of Mutual Funds, ETF’s, Liquid Alternatives, Private Pools, Hedge Funds and The Investment Management Industry in general
Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Allego, Seismic, and Salesforce is preferred
Intermediate to Expert level understanding of Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote) is required
