  • Promote a culture of open, transparent, and collaborative communication.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, knowledge-sharing, and problem-solving discussions.
  • Bring forward ideas that improve the planning experience for Advisors and clients.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, professional development and career growth.

4. Contribute to Professional Practice

  • Stay current on legislation, planning trends, and industry changes.
  • Develop and refine planning approaches and Conquest modelling strategies as legislation and planning practices evolve.
  • Contribute ideas and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of financial planning.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical and passionate about financial planning, with:

  • Practical knowledge of financial planning concepts, including tax, retirement, estate, investment and risk management.
  • Experience preparing, reviewing or supporting financial plans.

Why Join the Central Planning Group?

This role offers an opportunity to:

  • Build deeper technical planning expertise across a broad range of client situations.
