Original job description

Marketing Manager

Scroll & Browse | Full time | In office | Vaughan, Ontario

About the role

Scroll & Browse is a digital marketing agency that helps local businesses generate leads through websites, SEO, social media, video, and paid advertising. We’re looking for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys working with people and keeping projects organized.

You’ll work directly with the founder to keep client campaigns moving. On a typical day, you might coordinate a video shoot, send an edit to a client for approval, and check how many leads came in from a Facebook ad. You’ll also help with scheduling, invoice tracking, and follow ups for the founder’s other businesses.

What you’ll do

Keep content calendars and project trackers current so everyone knows what’s due and who’s responsible.
Coordinate shoots and edits with clients, designers, and videographers. Collect feedback and follow up on approvals.
Help prepare and launch campaigns across social media, email, and client websites.
Assist with Facebook and Instagram ads, track spending and leads, and prepare simple performance updates.
Keep client notes and CRM records organized, handle routine correspondence, and flag anything that needs the founder’s attention.

What we’re looking for

Some hands on exposure to marketing. That could mean running a social account, promoting a campus event, freelancing, completing an internship, or helping a local business. No degree or previous management experience is required.
Clear communication. You can write a client update that explains what’s ready, what you need from them, and when you need it.
Good follow through. You keep track of deadlines, ask questions when something is unclear, and notice when a project is waiting on a reply.
Comfort using spreadsheets and shared calendars, learning new tools, and handling business information with discretion.
Availability to work full time from our Vaughan office and an interest in both marketing and administrative work.

Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus. If you’ve helped set up a campaign, monitor a budget, or track leads, we’d love to hear about it.

How to apply

Please attach your résumé and include a link to your LinkedIn profile with your application.
