We are currently hiring Full- Time Eve Personal Support Workers (PSW) for Community Care in Windsor and surrounding areas

Qualifications Accepted To Work As a PSW

Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
RN or RPN
Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required
Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus and Covid
Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
Current Standard CPR level C certificate
Availability to work EVE and every other weekend
This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement

Responsibilities

Provide personal support and exceptional care to community clients in Windsor and surrounding areas. Travel between clients and deliver care while supporting clients' health and well-being.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid PSW certificate or one of the accepted equivalent qualifications, have a valid driver's license and vehicle, and meet immunization, vulnerable sector check, and CPR requirements. Availability for evening shifts and every other weekend is required, along with the physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting up to approximately 55 pounds.
