- Subsidized OPSWA memberships
- Paid travel time and mileage between clients
- Mobile device and 3 uniforms provided
- Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
- RN or RPN
- Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
- Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
- Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required
- Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus and Covid
- Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
- Current Standard CPR level C certificate
- Availability to work eve and every other weekend
- This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal support care to clients within the community in Windsor and surrounding areas. Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver excellent care and identify innovative ways to improve service delivery.
Requirements
Must hold a valid PSW certificate, DSW diploma, or be a nursing student/foreign trained nurse with a valid driver's license and vehicle. Requires a current vulnerable sector check, CPR Level C certification, and adherence to specific immunization requirements.
