  • Develop strategic relationships with clients, consultants, project managers, and industry influencers.
  • Maintain strong awareness of Ontario construction and real estate trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Lead meetings with prospective clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver capability presentations.
  • Guide the development and execution of the Ontario strategic plan.
  • Evaluate opportunities, lead Go/No-Go discussions, and advise on pursuit decisions using client and market intelligence.
  • Support RFQ/RFP/tender pursuits through client insights, competitive intelligence, and proposal review.

  • Proven track record of originating, developing, and converting new business opportunities into awarded projects.
  • Established network within Ontario’s construction, real estate, and development community.
  • Strong relationships within private-sector multi-family residential, commercial office, and hospitality sectors; public-sector post-secondary and municipal relationships are an asset.
