We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organized Growth Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations while contributing to marketing, social media, client communication, visual design, and business development.

This is an in-office position Monday through Thursday at our North Vancouver workspace located at 233 W 1st St #210, North Vancouver, BC V7M 1B3.

The office is located within a professional co-working space with full amenities and several other companies working on the same floor. The workspace is bright and filled with natural light, with comfortable ergonomic chairs and workstations designed for a productive and professional environment.

What You’ll Work On:

Help manage and schedule social media content across company and client accounts
Assist with content ideas, captions, campaigns, and content planning

Work with existing brand guidelines and creative direction
Help improve the visual quality and consistency of company and client materials
Assist with image selection, layouts, and creative concepts

Advanced graphic design experience is not required. Most design work will be completed using AI-assisted creative tools, but a strong visual eye, attention to detail, and interest in design are important.

Proposals, Leads & Client Support

Prepare and organize client proposals, presentations, and supporting materials
Follow up with inbound leads and prospective clients by email and phone
Keep CRM records, opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps organized
Assist with client onboarding and ongoing communication

Use AI and modern digital tools to research, organize information, and improve workflows

What We’re Looking For

Eager to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
Motivated to produce exceptional work and continuously improve
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Comfortable communicating with clients, leads, customers, and suppliers
Good visual eye and interest in design, branding, and social media
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
Resourceful and able to solve problems independently
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
Positive, curious, adaptable, and willing to take initiative

Experience with Shopify, Google Workspace, social media platforms, CRM systems, Canva, Figma, AI design tools, project-management software, or other digital platforms is an asset, but experience with every tool is not required.

Training Provided

Training will be provided across our internal processes, software platforms, marketing systems, AI tools, client workflows, and day-to-day responsibilities.

We are not looking for someone who already knows every system we use. We are looking for someone who is excited to learn, comfortable with technology, asks good questions, and wants to become increasingly capable and independent over time.

Growth, Pay & Performance

This position starts at 24 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, but hours may increase fairly soon for someone who performs well and takes on additional responsibility.

There will also be opportunities for pay increases and performance-based bonuses as the role expands and the employee demonstrates strong results, reliability, initiative, and consistently high-quality work.

For the right person, this role can grow into a larger long-term position spanning marketing, operations, design, client management, and business development.
