Expert knowledge of structured troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, incident management, problem management, and issue-resolution methodologies, with the ability to distinguish among functional, configuration, integration, data, security, and application issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business requirements, identify cross-functional impacts, assess alternative solutions, and recommend sustainable approaches that maximize the use of standard Oracle Fusion capabilities.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the financial, operational, project, and supply-chain implications of system transactions and configuration decisions.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications and communicate technical concepts effectively to business users, senior leaders, developers, vendors, and other technical resources.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of complex production issues, coordinate resources across multiple teams, and drive issues through investigation, resolution, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
