About Us

At SECURE, we lead the way in waste management and energy infrastructure, providing unmatched security and peace of mind to our customers. Our strength lies in our size, extensive network, solid reputation, industry expertise, and a relentless can-do attitude.

With an expansive infrastructure network spanning Western Canada and North Dakota, we deliver essential solutions where they are needed most. Our partnerships focus on safely recovering oil and metals, disposing of liquid and solid waste, recycling materials such as metals, water, and oil, and reclaiming contaminated land to reduce environmental footprints.

SECURE is committed to innovation, helping our customers lower costs, reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and exceed their business, safety, and environmental goals. We go beyond expectations - mitigating risks, reducing financial obligations, and maximizing value for our clients.

Join SECURE and be part of a team that steps up to make a meaningful difference in the industries we serve and the world we share.

Your Opportunity at SECURE

As our Junior Project Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of Management of Change projects across SECURE’s operating areas. Working alongside an experienced Area Project Manager, you will manage assigned projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, execution, commissioning and handover.

You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, contractors and other stakeholders to deliver projects safely, efficiently and in accordance with SECURE’s project management and regulatory processes. With coaching and support, you will progressively take ownership of more complex projects and stakeholder groups.

This role is based out of Calgary, Alberta.

The Team

You will join a collaborative project delivery team that values knowledge-sharing, accountability and continuous development. You will work closely with experienced project leaders and cross-functional partners who will provide guidance while encouraging you to take ownership of your work.

Work Environment

This role offers a combination of office-based project coordination and approximately 10% field travel to operating and construction sites across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and North Dakota.
