Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Manage Project resource schedules and coordinate realistic project delivery timelines.
Assess, document, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teams.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Required Skills and Education:

1-3 years’ experience managing IT projects
Experience using Project Management software/tools
PMP Certification (or similar) is an asset
Proven ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously

Paid sick days and personal days.
Comprehensive group insurance (health, dental, and life insurance).
