Salary: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the property
- Monitor and report security and safety concerns
- Control access to the site and verify authorized entry
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms as required
- Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors when needed
- Observe and report suspicious activities and security breaches
- Maintain a visible security presence and enforce site policies and procedures
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Valid G Class Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Smart Serve Certification
- Previous security, customer service, hospitality, or public-facing experience
- Experience completing incident reports and daily security documentation
- Competitive wage of $19.00 per hour
