Are you ready to advance your security career? We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Security Guard for Canada's largest automotive manufacturing facilities. Must be comfortable working at different sites in Alliston, Schomberg and Newmarket. This is an essential role where you will manage site access, maintain safety, and be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and deliveries.
What You'll Need To Succeed
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Reliable transportation to and from the site
Ability to work at multiple locations in Alliston, Schomberg , and Newmarket.
Position Details
Pay Rate: $20.00
Shift Time: Days and nights, full time/Casual
Key Responsibilities
Control all incoming and outgoing traffic for the plant
Monitor security access, fire, and environmental systems
Conduct ID checks, vehicle/trailer inspections, and visitor logging
Respond to alarms and coordinate emergency responses
Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and emergency activities
Manage emergency contact lists and access logs
Perform standard Security Guard duties and assist with administrative tasks
Basic computer skills and radio communication
