Business Applications Analyst
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience
We're looking for a Business Applications Analyst to support and optimize SDI Canada's business applications and ERP systems.
In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams to improve system functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, implement enhancements, and support users across the organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring our business applications operate efficiently and meet evolving operational needs.
What you'll do:
- Analyze, configure, and optimize ERP systems and business applications
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to users
- Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, testing, and enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, processes, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and implement solutions
- Manage bug fixes, change requests, and system improvements
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Provide user training and support the implementation of new technologies
- Provide on-call ERP support and assist with general IT troubleshooting when required
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, business applications, ERP support, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite
- Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities
- Professional English proficiency
