Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – able to interact with the public courteously and write incident reports clearly.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay alert and responsive during periods of low activity.

Professionalism and punctuality – must be trustworthy, arrive on time for all shifts, and present a tidy, uniformed appearance in accordance with company standards.

Previous security experience or training is an asset (e.g. former security, law enforcement, or customer service experience), but not strictly required. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
