First Aid and CPR certification from a WSIB-approved provider (must be current).

Legally entitled to work in Canada, with a clear criminal record (as required for security licensing).

Availability for part-time, on-call shifts, including evenings, overnights, and weekends (no fixed schedule).

Reliable transportation to attend different job sites (some shifts or locations may not be accessible by public transit).

Ability to use a smartphone (iOS/Android) with internet access for work purposes (clock-ins, incident reporting, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – able to interact with the public courteously and write incident reports clearly.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay alert and responsive during periods of low activity.

Professionalism and punctuality – must be trustworthy, arrive on time for all shifts, and present a tidy, uniformed appearance in accordance with company standards.

Previous security experience or training is an asset (e.g. former security, law enforcement, or customer service experience), but not strictly required. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
