Dimensional Control & Requirements Management
Technical Requirements: Lead the creation, review, and approval of dimensional technical specifications and tolerances for internal component parts and tier-supplier assemblies.
Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis: Perform detailed 1D/3D tolerance stack-up calculations to evaluate design feasibility, mitigate manufacturing variation, and ensure overall assembly robustness.
Perceived Quality Alignment: Analyze 3D CAD models to ensure full compliance with Stellantis perceived quality rules, flush-and-gap targets, and exterior/interior visual execution standards.
Project Management & Issue Resolution
KPI & Deliverable Tracking: Manage program milestones, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain status tracking across assigned vehicle systems.
Escalation Management: Identify dimensional gaps, interference risks, and quality non-conformances early in the design phase, escalating issues to cross-functional leadership in a timely manner.
Root-Cause Analysis: Apply statistical tools and structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve complex geometry and packaging challenges.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related field).
Experience: 1 to 5 years of professional experience in automotive engineering, manufacturing, or quality assurance.
Problem-Solving & Statistics: Functional understanding of basic statistical principles, capability analysis, and root-cause problem-solving frameworks.
