As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing, with a dotted line to the Sales Operations Director and Marketing Director, and be responsible for conducting detailed analyses of sales and marketing data to extract insights that inform Sekure's business development and drive growth: performance management and reporting, forecasting, attribution, and the building of analytical tools to optimize strategy and performance across the full funnel.

What a typical day looks like:

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Intel & Tech to provide insights and build forecasting tools and predictive models used by leadership to allocate resources effectively.
You will own the numbers on both sides of the funnel: lead source and channel performance, cost per lead and cost per acquisition, conversion by segment, speed to lead, AE productivity, and close rates.
You will conduct ongoing data modelling and analysis with a critical eye and follow the data wherever it leads, proactively identifying opportunities to improve business performance, operations, and productivity.
You will build experimentation into how we work. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns, sales messaging, and outreach sequences, and help teams structure their own tests to avoid decisions on gut feel.
You will build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Dynamics 365, working from the data models maintained by our Revenue Intel & Tech team rather than building parallel pipelines.
You will work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to translate your findings into rich, audience-appropriate interactive visualizations, recommend actionable business initiatives, and provide automated reports that let them track KPIs assigned to those action items.
You will partner with Marketing and Revenue Intel & Tech to maintain shared definitions for lead sources, lifecycle stages, and attribution rules, so that everyone in the business is working from the same numbers.

This role is for you if:

You have 2+ years of sales and/or marketing data analytics experience and a demonstrated track record that underscores your analytical and problem solving abilities including: dashboard and report building, data and attribution modelling, predictive analysis, and funnel metrics.
You build with AI, not just alongside it. You have hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code, Cortex Code, or Codex, whether at work or on your own time, and you reach for them to prototype, automate, and move faster.
You are comfortable serving two stakeholders. You can prioritize competing requests, push back when something isn't worth the effort, and work without a senior analyst above you.
You are a strong communicator and presenter. You understand that not everyone is as excited about analytics as they should be, and are able to interpret your findings, distill, and present the correct information to the right audience from the executive level down.

Required experience:

SQL and MS Excel
Power BI (Tableau or similar asset)
CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Journeys

Vous intégrerez l’expérimentation à nos façons de travailler. Vous concevrez et analyserez des tests A/B et multivariés portant sur les campagnes, les messages de vente et les séquences de prospection, et aiderez les équipes à structurer leurs propres tests afin d’éviter de prendre des décisions fondées sur l’intuition.

Vous possédez au moins 2 ans d’expérience en analyse de données de ventes et/ou de marketing et avez démontré de solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, notamment en création de tableaux de bord et de rapports, en modélisation des données et de l’attribution, en analyse prédictive et en analyse des indicateurs de l’entonnoir.
Vous créez avec l’IA, et pas seulement à côté d’elle. Vous avez une expérience pratique avec des outils comme Claude Code, Cortex Code ou Codex, que ce soit au travail ou dans vos projets personnels, et vous les utilisez pour créer des prototypes, automatiser et avancer plus rapidement.
Vous êtes à l’aise de servir deux parties prenantes. Vous savez prioriser des demandes concurrentes, remettre en question les demandes qui ne valent pas l’effort et travailler sans analyste principal au-dessus de vous.
Vous êtes une personne communicatrice et présentatrice chevronnée.
