As a Lead Floor Technician, you will be operating industrial-level floor equipment each day to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the entire facility. This can include mopping, buffing, waxing, scrubbing, stripping, and sealing floors of different materials or types, sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning spills in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment
- Clean both major and minor spills and sanitize areas
- Utilize a variety of cleaning equipment and products, choosing the best products for the job
- Disinfect equipment after each use
- Identify when major or minor repairs are needed, and report them to the appropriate places
- Maintain logs of cleaning, calls responded to, and areas serviced
- Previous experience as a Floor Technician or similar role desired
- Experience with handling cleaning chemicals desired
- The ability to walk for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25+ pounds safely

Responsibilities
Operate industrial cleaning equipment to clean and maintain floors and facility surfaces, including handling spills and sanitizing areas. Disinfect equipment, identify and report repair needs, and maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities and serviced areas.
Requirements
Previous experience as a floor technician or in a similar role is desired, as is experience handling cleaning chemicals. Candidates must be able to walk for extended periods and safely lift more than 25 pounds regularly.
