Original job description

Optimizely & Sitecore Developer: Multiple Positions (Remote / Hybrid, Québec City / Montréal)

We're growing our team for upcoming enterprise mandates.

About Sengo

Sengo is a boutique digital consultancy that solves hard architecture problems: legacy CMS constraints, costly migrations, fragmented stacks, and AI-readiness gaps. We help enterprise clients in financial services, entertainment, education and more move to headless, composable, AI-ready platforms. Senior teams, pragmatic delivery, real outcomes.

What you'll do

Build and extend solutions on Optimizely and/or Sitecore
Deliver headless front ends with Next.js and integrate APIs and back-end services
Support large-scale migrations and replatforming projects
Work directly with architects and clients, with no layers in between

What you bring

5+ years in .NET/C# and/or TypeScript, React or Next.js
Hands-on Optimizely or Sitecore experience
Comfort with headless/composable architecture and CI/CD
Fluent French and English (strongly preferred)

Why Sengo

Big projects, boutique team. Enterprise-scale mandates, without the layers of a big firm.

Learn from the best. Work alongside Sitecore MVPs and ex-Coveo engineers.

$90,000–$120,000 CAD per year, based on experience

Group insurance: health, dental and drugs

3 weeks of vacation from day one

Flexible hours, hybrid work in Québec City and Montréal

🎓 Paid certifications: Optimizely, Sitecore and Coveo
