Job Description
- Lead multidisciplinary team in the development and deployment of AI-driven personalized health solutions.
- Take ownership on the full cycle of ML and AI initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Hands-on involvement in data analysis, prototyping, and validation to support product development.
- Focusing on impact and continuous delivery connecting the models and science to business value.
- Develop a strategic vision for product growth and research initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for expanding product capabilities through new technologies or partnerships.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among the team.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experiencs in development of ML models with experience of productizing in real world use cases, high standard performance at scale.
- Proven track record of developing and launching healthcare/medical models and AI based products.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and developing talented team members.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical topics in English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving and time management skills.
