Creator & Account Coordinator (Influencer/UGC) (Full-Time)

TLDR: Serotina is hiring a Creator & Account Coordinator (Influencer/UGC) to keep client accounts organized and moving while coordinating our UGC and creator programming end-to-end on specific client accounts. If you're the person who never lets things slip through the cracks, loves creators, content, and client service in equal measure, and takes pride in thoughtful details, this one's for you.

Location: Toronto or Vancouver, Canada (hybrid, remote-first)

Who Are You?

You're highly organized, dependable, and calm under a full plate. You can juggle multiple accounts and creator collaborations at once and keep every timeline, deliverable, and follow-up on track. You understand that great client service is part logistics and part care: you anticipate needs, close loops, and make the experience feel smooth and thoughtful.

You love the creator side too. You know how to source and vet the right creators, run outreach and onboarding, and coordinate campaigns from brief to final delivery without dropping a detail. You're comfortable being the connective tissue between account leads, creators, social teams, and project management.

What You'll DoAccounts Coordination & Client Service

Support the day-to-day coordination and delivery of client accounts, working closely with Account Leads to keep work organized, timelines moving, and client needs addressed.
Coordinate deliverables, timelines, priorities, and action items across internal teams.
Support Account Leads with client communications, follow-ups, and day-to-day comms hierarchies.
Help prepare for and coordinate client meetings: agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate account documentation: client information, project details, timelines, deliverables, and key notes.
Monitor deadlines and proactively flag potential delays, gaps, or issues to the right Account Lead.
Assist with account reporting, data compilation, and account-level profitability tracking.
Bring our "cherries on top" extra effort: look for thoughtful, unexpected touches that make clients, creators, partners, and the team feel valued (our take on unreasonable hospitality).

Influencer & UGC Coordination

Own influencer and UGC initiatives from creator sourcing through campaign completion.
Source, research, and vet creators based on brand fit, audience alignment, and campaign objectives.
Manage creator outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
Coordinate collaborations: briefing, timelines, content submissions, revisions, and final delivery.
Assist with negotiations and prepare creator agreements for internal approval and signature.
Track deliverables and ensure creator commitments are met on schedule.
Support content amplification, including whitelisting and boosting coordination where applicable.
Maintain organized records of creators, agreements, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.

Campaign Coordination & Collaboration

Collaborate with the Strategy Lead on campaign inputs and creator briefs.
Partner with the Project Management Lead to manage timelines and execution through Teamwork.
Keep creators and internal teams aligned throughout campaigns, flagging risks and delays early.
Document campaign insights, creator feedback, and performance observations.

Social Support (As Needed)

Support community management and social publishing across select client accounts using our scheduling tools (Rella), Meta Business Suite, and native platforms.
QA scheduled content for accuracy, formatting, links, tagging, and brand consistency before publishing.
Support light copywriting and content ideation when client and team priorities call for it.

Events & Experience Support (As Needed)

Support internal and external events, client experiences, and team moments: logistics, timelines, gifting, RSVPs, and follow-up.
Help create thoughtful, on-brand experiences that reflect Serotina's approach to client service.

What We're Looking For

2+ years in account coordination, client services, influencer or UGC coordination, or an agency environment.
Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing creators for brand collaborations.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple accounts and partnerships at once.
Confident, professional communicator with clients, creators, and internal teams.
Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation and tracking habits.
Experience with collaboration and project management tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Teamwork); scheduling tool experience and Kolsquare is a plus.
Understanding of the creator economy and how UGC and influencer programs support brand goals.
A service-first mindset and a genuine eye for thoughtful details.
CPG, beverage, or food and beverage brand experience is an asset.
