Project Administrator – Join Our Growing Team at ServcoCanada!

ServcoCanada Inc. is a proudly Canadian, privately‑owned industrial constructor with over 25 years of experience supporting large‑scale clients across the country. We’re known for our commitment to efficient project execution and regulatory excellence - and now, we’re looking for our next great teammate!

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team and continue to grow the Operations department.

Compensation for this position will include:

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Set-up and monitor project paperwork and organize Manager’s paper flow
Prepare and track all project logs such as Drawings, RFI’s, Change Order’s
Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
Utilize reports to monitor project succession
Prepare and monitor sub-contracts
Prepares and schedules project meetings including minutes
Enters employee time and creates daily LEMS for client approval
Assist each Project on administration duties as required
Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will possess:

Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long-term work authorization
Live in Winnipeg, Manitoba or surrounding area
Own transportation is required
Prior Project Administration experience is an asset
Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or Project Management is an asset
Experience working in the construction industry is an asset
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
Superior keyboarding and data entry skills with WPM of 40 or higher
Proven team player
Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have experience with CMIC Software

Responsibilities

Set up and monitor project paperwork, maintain project logs, issue purchase orders, prepare and monitor subcontracts, and schedule project meetings and minutes. Enter employee time, prepare daily LEMS for client approval, and provide administrative support to project teams.

Requirements

Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada, live in Winnipeg or the surrounding area, and have their own transportation. Project administration experience, post-secondary education in office administration or project management, and construction industry experience are assets; advanced Excel skills, strong data-entry and keyboarding ability, teamwork, analytical skills, and attention to detail are sought.
