- Clean, restore, and deodorize properties and contents impacted by fire, water, mold, smoke, or sewage.
- Document your work - capture “before-and-after” photos to showcase restoration progress.
- Load, inventory, and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of your work vehicle.
- Quickly respond to emergency calls, including water and fire damage cleanup.
- Assist with room preparation and assessment planning before restoration begins.
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients to address concerns and explain processes.
- Report safety hazards or issues at job sites to supervisors promptly.
- Learn and apply proper water-, smoke-, and mold-removal methods and equipment (training provided).
- Help with occasional light office cleaning tasks when needed.
- A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
- Good communication skills - you talk with the team, not at them.
- A High School diploma/GED.
- Restoration, construction, or related experience - definitely a plus but not required.
- IICRC certifications? Even better!
- A valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts.
- Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.
- Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel - with occasional out-of-area work.
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.

Responsibilities
Clean, restore, and deodorize properties and contents affected by fire, water, smoke, mold, or sewage, including responding to emergency calls and preparing spaces for restoration. Document restoration progress, maintain the work vehicle and equipment, communicate with clients, and report safety concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, willingness to work on-call shifts, and the physical ability to lift, climb, and work in confined spaces. A strong work ethic and good communication skills are required; restoration experience and IICRC certifications are advantageous but not required.
