A Property Maintenance Technician at SERVPRO makes sure that our property and vehicles are in pristine condition. All tools, cleaning supplies and items needed to complete the requirements of this position will be provided!

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours varying between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday. This position would require travel to our Hermantown location to complete the same tasks. Transportation will be provided.

Responsibilities
Maintain lawns, parking areas, company vehicles, equipment, and the shop, including removing debris and arranging vehicle oil changes and maintenance appointments. Travel to the Hermantown location to perform the same maintenance tasks, with transportation provided.
Requirements
Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be honest and accountable, and be detail-oriented; strong communication skills are a plus. The role involves frequent walking, standing, and hands-on work, with occasional lifting.
