Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties
- Set up, monitor, and operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
- Remove debris, damaged materials, and perform demolition as needed
- Perform basic construction tasks (drywall, flooring, painting, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites and warehouse
- Communicate with team leaders and customers in a respectful, professional manner
- Document daily job activity using mobile app (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions
- Prior restoration, construction, or cleaning experience a plus (but not required)
- IICRC Certification is a bonus - we provide training and growth opportunities!

Responsibilities
Assist with cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, or storm damage, including operating restoration equipment and removing damaged materials. Perform basic construction tasks, maintain job sites and the warehouse, communicate professionally with customers and team leaders, and document daily work using a mobile app.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required. Candidates must be able to lift over 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions; prior restoration, construction, or cleaning experience and IICRC certification are beneficial but not required.
