- A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
- Good communication skills - you talk with the team, not at them.
- A High School diploma/GED.
- Restoration, construction, or related experience - definitely a plus but not required.
- IICRC certifications? Even better!
- A valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts.
- Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.
- Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel - with occasional out-of-area work.
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.

Responsibilities
Restore homes and businesses by performing production, cleaning, content cleaning, maintenance, and construction or rebuilding work. Support customers during difficult situations while following restoration procedures and using industry technology, solvents, and hand tools.
Requirements
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, a dependable work ethic, and good communication skills; restoration or construction experience and IICRC certifications are advantageous but not required. The role requires physical work, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional assisted lifting up to 100 pounds, working in confined or overhead spaces, and availability for on-call shifts.
