Join Servus Credit Union - Canada’s Largest Credit Union!

We are hiring for a full-time Corporate Services Administrator for our Corporate Support Services team in Edmonton!

Employment Status: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Posting Closes: November 9, 2026

Internal Use Only: U2/A

At Servus Credit Union, we do things differently - because we’re a credit union, not a bank. And that difference matters.

We believe in putting people before profits, which is why our members are also our owners. Every dollar we earn is reinvested into the things that matter most: our members, our employees, and our communities. Whether it’s through profit sharing, competitive rates, or local initiatives that make a real impact, we’re here to help Albertans feel good about their money.

We’re looking for passionate, values-driven people to join our team. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are aligned with our values and are eager to contribute in meaningful ways. If you're excited to grow your career with a team that’s innovative, hardworking, collaborative and deeply rooted in community, we want to meet you.

Join Servus and discover a better way to work.

The Corporate Services Administrator provides operational and administrative support that contributes to the efficient delivery of Corporate Services programs and services across the organization. The role acts as a key resource for employees, business units, vendors, and service providers by coordinating requests, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining records and documentation, and ensuring service standards and procedures are consistently applied.

Working independently within established processes and guidelines, the CSA supports a broad range of Corporate Services activities including fleet, workplace support, records management, logistics, vendor coordination, and office administration. This role helps create a positive employee experience by delivering responsive, accurate, and professional service while contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinate day-to-day Corporate Services activities to ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established standards.
Manage and track service requests, operational activities, and administrative requirements across Corporate Services functions.
Maintain accurate records, inventories, documentation, and tracking systems to support effective operations and reporting.
Serve as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, service providers, and business units, ensuring timely and professional support.
Communicate updates, coordinate follow-up actions, and help drive requests to resolution.
Support facilities and workplace operations, including supplies, mail and courier services, records management, fleet coordination, and travel logistics.
Coordinate routine vendor and service provider activities, monitor completion of work, and escalate service concerns as needed.
Assist with departmental projects, site activities, and operational initiatives.
Support invoice processing, reporting, data maintenance, document retention, and other administrative controls.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Identify and resolve routine issues, escalating matters that fall outside established guidelines.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and service delivery.
Support the implementation of new procedures, systems, and departmental initiatives.
Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and provide cross-functional support as required.

What you bring:

High school diploma; relevant coursework in office administration, office technology, records management, logistics or a related area is an asset.
Experience in administrative support, reception, workplace services or logistics, including coordinating multiple priorities in a service-focused environment.
Knowledge of office coordination and procedures; experience with shipping and receiving, invoice coding or facilities support is an asset.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Other Role Requirements:

Strong service orientation, relationship building and communication skills.
Organization, prioritization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Practical problem solving, initiative and judgment within established procedures.
Ability to work independently on routine assignments, collaborate effectively and recognize when escalation is required.
Proficiency using Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn and use role-specific business applications.
Adaptability, accountability, confidentiality and commitment to consistent service standards.
Work arrangement: Onsite
The business may from time to time ask for branch and/or department support for special projects and/or areas experiencing staff shortages. All employees may be asked to volunteer to assist in areas of need during these times. These assignments could result in a change of hours, location, and/or travel.

Most importantly, we are looking for candidates with analytical skills that pride themselves on attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. If you are an organized and detailed-orientated individual looking for a long-term career growth, then we encourage you to apply!
