Location: Hybrid - Interested candidates must have the flexibility to work from one of our offices in Calgary, Edmonton, or Red Deer on average 8 times per month.

Reporting to the Director Culture and Employee Experience, the Employee Experience Program Manager designs, implements, and manages programs that support key employee journey moments, from attraction and hiring to onboarding, development, recognition, and exit.

What You'll be Doing:

As our Employee Experience Program Manager, you'll help shape the moments that matter most in an employee's journey at Servus. From onboarding and recognition to development and engagement, you'll create experiences that help employees feel connected, valued, and empowered to do their best work. You'll partner with leaders, employees, and stakeholders across the organization to design programs that strengthen our culture, foster a sense of belonging, and make Servus an exceptional place to work.

Design and deliver employee experience programs that support key moments across the employee journey.
Bring employee voices into program design through feedback, data, insights, and human-centered design practices.
Lead innovative initiatives, programs, and events from concept to launch, ensuring employees are at the heart of every decision.
Create meaningful recognition experiences and events that celebrate accomplishments, reinforce our values, and strengthen our culture.
Oversee and continuously improve our recognition and rewards programs, platforms, and processes.
Partner with leaders and teams across Servus to build engaging, impactful, and sustainable employee programs.
Turn data and employee feedback into actionable insights that enhance engagement, recognition, retention, and overall experience.
Develop communications, events, resources, and learning materials that help employees and leaders confidently engage with our programs.
Manage vendors, budgets, partnerships, and program performance to ensure exceptional experiences and measurable results.
Evaluate, enhance, and evolve programs over time to meet changing employee and business needs.
Facilitate workshops, conversations, and stakeholder engagement activities that help uncover opportunities and co-create solutions.

What you Bring:

You bring expertise in employee experience by aligning and improving programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading projects from strategy through implementation.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience specifically around the employee journey, employee experience, and listening campaigns.
Experience in analyzing data, designing and implementing surveys and programs.
Broad experience as a Project Manager on a range projects utilizing agile project management and design thinking
Proficiency with HR information systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
HR certification (eg. CHRP, SHRP, PHR, SPHR)
PMP designation (or another suitable alternative)
