About SHĀB

SHĀB is a fitness and wellness studio built around movement, community, and an elevated training experience. We're looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy person to help capture what makes SHĀB special and turn it into content people want to watch, share, and engage with.

The role

This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who loves social media, short-form video, and creative storytelling. You'll spend time at the studio capturing classes, coaches, members, and everyday moments that reflect the SHĀB experience.

Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll help bring content ideas and campaigns to life through Instagram Reels, TikToks, photos, and behind-the-scenes content.

We're open to students and people at the beginning of their careers. What matters most is your creativity, initiative, eye for content, and understanding of what works on social media.

Responsibilities

• Film and create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other short-form videos.
• Capture classes, workouts, coaches, events, and the day-to-day atmosphere at SHĀB.
• Attend classes and studio activities to create authentic, engaging content.
• Take photos and videos for social media, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Edit videos and create engaging content using tools such as CapCut.
• Help brainstorm fresh content ideas, trends, and creative concepts.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and content calendars.
• Collaborate with coaches and the studio team to capture relevant content.
• Organize and maintain a library of photos and video footage.
• Work under the direction of the Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with SHĀB's brand and marketing goals.
  

What we're looking for

• A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and current social media trends.
• A creative eye and a genuine interest in video, photography, and storytelling.
• Basic video editing skills; experience with CapCut or similar tools is an asset.
• Comfort filming in a busy fitness environment and interacting with people.
• Someone proactive who can spot content opportunities and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Availability to be physically present at the studio on a consistent basis.
• An interest in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and community.

You don't need years of professional experience. If you have a good eye for content, understand social media, and are excited to create, we'd love to hear from you. Students and emerging creators are welcome to apply.
