中国蛋白质结构数据库（Protein Data Bank China，PDB China）是国际蛋白质结构数据库组织（worldwide Protein Data Bank，wwPDB）的成员，致力于蛋白质结构数据的综合治理与开放共享。上海科技大学正在推进其智能数据分发系统的建设，依托国际蛋白质结构数据库核心数据资源，发展结构质量评价、结构智能分析等相关技术，以及高价值领域聚焦科学数据集的构建，并探索面向人工智能的科学数据组织与智能服务，建设具有国际影响力的蛋白质结构数据综合治理与共享应用平台。现因发展需要，公开招聘助理研究员1名，参与科学数据平台建设、跨学科研究及相关工作的组织实施。

岗位职责：
- 1. 在项目负责人指导下，参与PDB China智能数据分发系统的建设规划、技术方案研究及具体任务实施。 2. 围绕蛋白质结构数据的组织、分析、质量评价和科学利用，开展结构生物信息学及相关交叉研究。 3. 协助组织结构生物学、计算机科学、人工智能等领域的科研人员和技术团队，推动科学研究与数据库建设的协同开展。 4. 参与科学数据集、数据库功能及相关软件工具的需求分析、技术验证和成果应用。 5. 协助开展国内外学术交流、科研合作、项目申报及平台建设相关工作。
- 1. 具有结构生物学、计算机科学或数据科学相关专业博士学位。 2. 具有生命科学与计算科学交叉教育或研究背景，了解蛋白质结构研究的核心原理和基本方法，并具备一定的程序设计、数据分析或科学计算能力。 3. 具有较好的科研能力，能够独立开展相关研究，原则上应具有博士后研究经历或相当的科研工作经验；具有蛋白质结构计算方法、人工智能或科学数据库相关跨学科研究经历者优先。 4. 具有良好的中英文沟通和学术交流能力，能够阅读英文文献和技术资料。 5. 具有较强的责任心、主动性、组织协调能力和团队合作精神，愿意参与跨学科科研合作与公共科学数据平台建设。

Responsibilities
Contribute to planning and implementing the PDB China intelligent data distribution system, and conduct research on the organization, analysis, quality assessment, and scientific use of protein structure data. Support the development of scientific datasets, database features, and software tools, while coordinating cross-disciplinary research, collaborations, academic exchange, and platform-related work.
Requirements
A PhD in structural biology, computer science, data science, or a related field is required, along with an interdisciplinary life-science and computational background and familiarity with protein structure research. Candidates should have research experience sufficient to work independently, programming or data-analysis capabilities, strong Chinese and English communication skills, and a collaborative, responsible approach; postdoctoral experience or equivalent is generally expected.
