About The Opportunity
- Transforms raw data into meaningful information for the organization.
- Determines the best way to integrate various data sources and information to maximize analytical output, including the use of SQL for querying and transforming data.
- Develops and enhances reports and dashboards for use by decision makers.
- Translates business challenges into effective business solutions using advanced analytics, visualization tools and strategic thinking.
- Mines data to identify root causes for resident and site outcomes to enable actionable insights and improved decision-making.
- Utilizes analytics to develop predictive insights for the business development and growth opportunities.
About You
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years experience in an analytical role including experience creating dashboards, reporting solutions, and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and transformation. Experience with Power BI for visualization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, actionable manner.
- Collaborative team approach with problem-solving and decision making skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong continuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality services and care.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst or SQL Certifications are an asset.
