About The Opportunity

As the Resident Experience Manager, you will lead hospitality, housekeeping, and dining services operations while creating an exceptional living experience for residents and their families.

Leads initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction, engagement, and overall quality of life within the community.
Consistently ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service;
Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices;
Ensures new residents experience a welcoming and seamless transition into the community.
Provides leadership and direction to housekeeping and hospitality services team. Accountable for management and performance of both departments;
Manages the professional development of all Team Members within the housekeeping and hospitality services department;
Oversees operating budget and spending processes of the food and beverage department
Champions a culture of exceptional customer service and resident-centered care.
Builds meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Promotes resident engagement through collaboration with community teams and services.
Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping and hospitality services team.

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

Post Secondary education or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education;
Bilingual in English & French
2-3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, hotels, food & beverage, customer service, recreation, healthcare, retirement living, or a related service-focused environment.
You are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for seniors and fostering a culture of service excellence;
Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course considered an asset.

À titre de gestionnaire de l’expérience des résidents, vous dirigerez les opérations liées aux services d’hospitalité, à l’entretien ménager et aux services alimentaires, tout en créant une expérience de vie exceptionnelle pour les résidents et leurs familles.

Vous Serez Responsable De

Diriger des initiatives visant à accroître la satisfaction, l’engagement et la qualité de vie globale des résidents au sein de la communauté.
Veiller à ce que la prestation des services respecte en tout temps les normes établies de qualité, de sécurité, de rapidité et de service à la clientèle.
Mettre en place des processus efficaces permettant de recueillir et d’utiliser les commentaires des résidents, de façon formelle et informelle, afin d’améliorer les pratiques opérationnelles.
S’assurer que les nouveaux résidents vivent une intégration accueillante et harmonieuse au sein de la communauté.
Assurer le leadership et l’encadrement de l’équipe des services d’entretien ménager et d’hospitalité, tout en étant responsable de la gestion et de la performance de ces services.
Soutenir le perfectionnement professionnel de tous les membres de l’équipe des services d’entretien ménager et d’hospitalité.
Superviser le budget ainsi que les processus de dépenses du service alimentaire.
Promouvoir une culture axée sur l’excellence du service à la clientèle et les soins centrés sur les résidents.
Établir des relations significatives avec les résidents, leurs familles et les membres de l’équipe.

Ce que vous apportez

En plus d’accorder une grande importance à l’amélioration continue, à la collaboration et à la responsabilisation, vous possédez:

Une formation postsecondaire ou une expérience équivalente en administration des affaires, en gestion hôtelière ou dans un domaine connexe.
De 2 à 3 années d’expérience en gestion ou en leadership dans les secteurs de l’hôtellerie, des hôtels, des services alimentaires, du service à la clientèle, des loisirs, des soins de santé, des résidences pour aînés ou dans un environnement similaire axé sur le service.
Une passion pour la création d’expériences exceptionnelles pour les aînés et le développement d’une culture d’excellence du service.
Une formation sur la maladie d’Alzheimer et les autres formes de démence constitue un atout.
