Break-Fix Support and AC Repair Engineer

Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated and hands-on technicians to support an AC maintenance project involving Printed Circuit Board (PCB) replacement in air conditioning units within a warehouse environment.
This is a straightforward technical assignment. Complete training and practical guidance will be provided before the work begins. Previous experience in electronics or AC maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Replace PCBs in air conditioning units using basic hand tools, including screwdrivers.
- Safely remove and install electronic control boards.
- Follow provided technical instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Handle tools, components, and equipment carefully.
- Ensure accuracy and quality during replacement activities.
- Complete assigned daily targets and report work progress.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the team lead throughout the project.
Requirements
- Basic technical or hands-on skills.
- Ability to use basic hand tools, especially screwdrivers.
- Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions.
- Ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment.
- Good attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
- Previous experience in electronics, PCB replacement, or AC maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
