Primary Duties
Work Location: In person
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries related to agricultural supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the warehouse area
- Load customer vehicles with product when required
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
- Support the warehouse where required with receiving and moving product, counting inventory, and any other ad hoc tasks
- Store discount
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Previous experience in retail sales or warehouse work is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and experience with cashiering duties
- Ability to lift 25 kg (55lb) feed bags where necessary
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- A background in agriculture or familiarity with livestock is an asset
- Some Saturdays required
- Agriculture: 1 year (preferred)

Requirements
Previous retail sales or warehouse experience and strong cashiering skills are preferred, along with the ability to lift 25 kg (55 lb) feed bags and manage multiple tasks. Effective spoken and written English is required; agricultural or livestock familiarity and one year of agricultural experience are preferred, and some Saturdays are required.
