Experienced Dental CAD/CAM Designer

Role Description We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and self-motivated CAD technician for our CAD/CAM department. As a full-service dental lab, we are committed to transforming smiles through cutting-edge technology and exceptional craftsmanship. This full-time role is ideal for someone with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities

• Interpret dental prescriptions and digital impressions accurately
• Design crown and bridge or implant models and restorations for digital and analog prosthetics
• C&B designs for implants, full contour crowns and bridges, mock ups, frameworks, bars,

gingivectomy guides.

• Utilize 3Shape and Exocad software
• Conduct quality checks on all work to ensure it meets lab standards
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Team Leads and other team members to optimize workflows and meet deadlines
• Other duties as required

Ideal Candidate

• Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness and pride in craftsmanship.
• 2-3 years of Dental CAD/CAM experience
• High computer literacy, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Reliable and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communicator and strong team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Proactive mindset with an interest in improving efficiency and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
