Responsibilities
Slaughter livestock and prepare carcasses by removing viscera and other inedible parts. Prepare poultry for processing, cut meat and poultry into specified cuts for wholesale use, and remove bones from meat.
Requirements
Requires a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. Candidates should be able to perform repetitive, physically demanding work, handle loads up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and work as part of a team; a criminal record check is required.
