Company Description Shilpam Power Control is a long-standing partner in the electrical industry, with over two decades of experience delivering high-quality and reliable electrical solutions. The company is recognized as a CPRI-approved provider for LT and HT panels and operates as a government-approved A-Class electrical contractor. Shilpam Power Control is an authorized Schneider Electric partner for HT solutions and an ABB channel partner for LT panels, reflecting strong relationships with leading global brands. The organization also serves as a Havells authorized dealer for lighting fixtures and supplies Wipro lighting and cables from KEI and Polycab, offering a comprehensive portfolio to meet diverse project needs.
Role Description The Marketing Executive will work full time on-site in Field, BC, supporting the promotion and growth of Shilpam Power Control’s electrical solutions and services. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and technical teams to create targeted promotional materials, and managing both digital and traditional marketing activities. The role involves market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities in the electrical and industrial sectors. The Marketing Executive will prepare marketing reports, support events and customer outreach programs, and ensure consistent branding across all channels. Regular communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders is expected to maintain strong relationships and drive brand visibility.
Qualifications

Strong marketing and promotional skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.
Experience with digital marketing tools and channels, such as social media management, email marketing, and basic content creation.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear marketing messages.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Familiarity with the electrical industry, industrial products, or engineering services is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and basic CRM or marketing tools.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical personnel.
